Shipping policy

all of my items will be shipped via royal mails tracked services, or an alternative  courier for much larger parcels.

All international shipping will have partial refund se x to the customer if charged too much as it is very complicated to judge every country separately.  Eg you are charged £14 but postage end up being £8 then I will sort the difference. 

processing times will vary depending on weather the items ordered are make to order or ready to be shipped. All ready to be shipped items will be posted within 3-7 days of orders being placed  and I will have all made to order items shipped between 5-10 days after order has been placed. However i do aim to get my orders shipped out as fast as I possibly can, so some may arrive sooner than the expected dates at quieter times. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
